Children Discount
We provide discounts for children ages between 2 to 11. Submit your request with details of the age of the children and the tour. A new quotation for tour and airfare will be sent back.

How to travel Free
If you form a group of 20 people, your trip on the land portion will be shouldered, as half of the double occupancy. If you have 40 people, you and your companion travel free on the land portion.

Insurance Information
We strongly recommend that insurance be purchased for your trips. We offer several major companies' products. You may choose and purchase insurance from them directly as things may go wrong unexpectedly. Their coverage ranges from trip cancellation to lost baggage.

Tipping
As it is indicated in your tour information, everything is covered in the price you are paying for the tour. However, personal needs and the tips for tour conductor, escort and driver are not included. We do leave these amounts to your discretion according to the level of service that you receive. We occasionally do get calls inquiring what to pay for tips. We suggest 5-10% of your total tour amount, or $10 per day multiply for the total days of the tour. For ex; if you are traveling a tour 14 days you pay 14x10= $140.00 per person tip covering tour conductor, escort , and driver all together. Feel free to provide more, as this is just a general guideline.
