Apollon Tour
7 Days/6 Nights

Day 01
ATHENS
Arrive in Athens El Venizelos airport. Meet and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight is in Athens.

Day 02
ATHENS
After breakfast depart to take Athens City Tour visit Acropolis-Propylea-Temple of Athena Nike-Parthenon-Erechrheion and the Museum of Acropolis . Return to your hotel. In the afternoon take Cape Sounion Tour, where you will visit the 5th century B.C. Temple of Poseidon with one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in the world (on a clear day you can see at least seven islands). The Doric Columns of local marble have 16 flutings instead of usual 20. The precipice is a sheer 197 feet drop to the sea. Return to your hotel. Overnight is in Athens . (B)

Day 03
ATHENS – ARGOLIS
After breakfast depart in the morning to visit Argolis Region, including Mycenae, the plain of Argos, the bay of Nauplia and the famous for its remarkable acoustics Theater of Epidaurus . Drive thru the Corinth Canal via the new scenic highway (short stop). Pass by Ancient Corinth (short stop for pictures), then on to Mycenae visit the Lion Gate, the Tomb of Agamemnon and the Palace. Proceed to Nauplia, (lunch) and then on to Epidaurus to visit the Ancient Theater. Return to Athens for overnight. (B, L)

Day 04
ATHENS
All day is free at leisure. Overnight is in Athens. (B)

Day 05
ATHENS – KALAMBAKA
After early breakfast depart at 8.30 AM for Delphi via the National Highway passing by Thebes-Levadia (short stop)-Arachova. Visit the Museum & site of Delphi . Proceed to Kalambaka. Overnight is in Kalambaka. (B, D)

Day 06
KALAMBAKA – ATHENS
After breakfast leave in the morning to visit Meteora and the Byzantine Monasteries. On the way to Athens visit the monument of Leonidas at Thermopylae . Return to your hotel. Overnight is in Athens . (B)

Day 07
ATHENS - END
After breakfast transfer to El Venizelos airport to return home. (B)
